Our story
In 2007, an internal employee engagement system was born. It was designed to connect and recognize employees. Its goal was to show each member of the team that they play an integral part in shaping the soul of the company. It succeeded. Soon after, Kudos became a commercial product available worldwide.
In 2011, Kudos officially began its mission to Change the World One Thank You at a Time®. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, the Kudos platform is now used in over 80 countries on six continents.
